Soy Candle Care Instructions
To get the most out of your soy candle and ensure a safe, clean burn, follow these care tips:

• First Burn Matters – Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface to prevent tunneling. This may take 2-3 hours.
• Trim the Wick – Keep the wick trimmed to ¼ inch before each burn to reduce soot and ensure an even flame.
• Burn in Intervals – Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time to extend the candle’s lifespan and prevent overheating.
• Place on a Heat-Resistant Surface – Always burn on a stable, heat-safe surface, away from drafts, pets, and flammable objects.
• Never Leave Unattended – Extinguish the candle when leaving the room or before going to sleep.
• Reuse the Jar – Once the candle is finished, clean out the remaining wax and repurpose the jar for storage or decoration.

Customs & Duties
For orders outside of the USA, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country's regulations. RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
At Radiate Good Merch, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund. After 28 days, we are unable to offer a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same condition as received.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, it must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags (if applicable). Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping fee when sending returns for exchanges.
• Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange within 7 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your new item has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@radiategoodmerch.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Order Cancellation Policy:
We strive to process orders quickly so you can receive your items as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@radiategoodmerch.com with your order details. After 24 hours, orders will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period :
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
• If your item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
